3. Refunds What is your return/refund policy?
Bespoke orders can be refunded before we procure the fabric for your garments. After we have reviewed and confirmed your order during the first meeting, we then order your fabric.
Beyond this stage, you can receive a refund less the cost of the fabric plus shipping.
4. We cannot refund orders after production has started.
